Apply today for 2025-2026 class!

Leadership Baldwin County 2025-2026 applications must be received by July 15, 2025. All applications will be considered by a confidential selection committee. Tuition is due September 15, 2025. Tuition is $1200 per applicant. Tuition covers all program costs and is non-refundable.

The Leadership Baldwin County Program requires a serious commitment of time. The 2025-2026 Leadership Class will begin with an overnight retreat at Beckwith Camp and Conference Center in October 2025. Attendance at the retreat is mandatory. Monthly sessions are held on the second Thursday of the month November through April. Graduation is in May. At least 80% attendance is required for the monthly day-long sessions in order to graduate from the program.
